Have some fun on your path to freedom.
We want to see you smile again, which is why the team at Lake Centre for Rehab offers unique, personalized treatment plans for every patient–and makes sure you have some fun along the way. Your physical or occupational therapist will develop a treatment aligned with your individual needs and goals, ensuring that you quickly and safely get back to living the life you love.
Through physical therapy, the team at Lake Centre for Rehab will help you to get back to full strength and movement after an illness or injury. LCR Physical Therapists assist you in rebuilding strength and range of motion, helping to manage pain caused by surgery, a sports injury, joint disease, or chronic diseases like back pain and arthritis.
With consistency, physical therapy can help prevent permanent damage and recurring problems. That means you can get back to doing the things you love, free from pain.
LCR Physical Therapists use a combination of techniques to relieve pain, boost coordination, and improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion. Physical therapists (PTs) often ask patients to use exercise equipment commonly seen in a gym as well as exercise balls and free weights. A Physical Therapist may also use heat or cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, massage, and water or whirlpool baths.
