Physical TherapistTalia Estrada earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida. Prior to that, Talia obtained her Exercise Physiology from Florida State University.
Talia specializes in neurological issues, Parkinson’s Disease, and vestibular conditions and is most interested in treating maximum amplitude exercises.

Clinic Director, Physical TherapistTracey Goldstein-Marquez earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Evidence In Motion (EIM). Prior to that, Tracey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Stetson University.
Tracey specializes in pelvic health and is most interested in treating multiple conditions including urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. She also enjoys treating many orthopedic and vestibular conditions.
In her free time, Tracey enjoys activities with her children, being on any form of water, and watching/attending University of Florida football games.

Speech-Language PathologistJennifer is the Speech Therapy Director at Lake Centre for Rehab (LCR) and has been employed as a Speech Language Pathologist at LCR for 21 years. She graduated from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama, with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Jennifer’s special interests include working with adults and pediatrics with communication impairments resulting from aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, cognitive changes or vocal changes. She also evaluates and treats swallowing impairments. Jennifer enjoys providing local presentations at various support groups such as Parkinson’s Disease and Stroke groups in addition to providing community educational seminars on important speech therapy topics such as swallowing and voice difficulties.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys boating, exercising and spending time with family and friends. She is married with two teenage children.

Physical Therapist, Co-DirectorBrett is a physical therapist at the Lake Sumter Landing clinic. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Florida where he also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training.
Since 2009, Brett has focused on sports medicine and the aging athletic population. With total joint replacements and general overuse injuries being common among athletes at The Villages, he takes special interest in helping patients prevent injury and reinjury while returning to the activities they love.

Kari Rawlins received her Associate’s degree in Science and certified to become a Physical Therapy Assistant at Gulf Coast State College. Kari then went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from the University of West Florida.
Kari enjoys helping patients find success during their recovery. She is also very passionate about helping athletes with her background as a high school Cross Country and Track athlete. Kari wants all of her patients to know that she’s there to help in their recovery and make them feel comfortable about the physical therapy process in order to achieve their best personal results.
In her free time, Kari likes to bake, paint, watch sports/movies, and partake in outdoor activities.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves to spend time with her husband, Brett, daughter, Kayla, and her dog, Emma. Jennifer also likes reading, boating, camping, and running around with her daughter and puppy.

Additionally, Brenda is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries and neurological conditions.
In her free time, Brenda enjoys bike riding, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her family.

She also received her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, IA. Donna has received additional training in balance and vestibular conditions with completion of the Safe Strides program. She holds a Kinesiotaping Certification as well as additional training with manual therapy techniques. Donna enjoys treating patients with vertigo and balance conditions as well and all orthopedic issues.
When not in the clinic Donna enjoys spending time with her family at the baseball/softball fields or fishing on their boat.
